The 2020 West Earl Fire Company Quilt and Consignment Auction, scheduled for March 21st 2020, is postponed until a date to be determined.
This decision was not made lightly. In the end, we have a responsibility to our community to take caution when we expect the general public to do the same in various ways. Our state's governor has also asked all events over the next several weeks larger than 250 people to postpone. Our auction fits that mold. It is knowing these things, with a week to reorganize and notify everyone, and out of an abundance of caution that the decision was made.
Of course, we ask for the public’s understanding in this matter. This was no easy decision and we enjoy the community gathering together every year for our auction. As of now, we are planning an alternative event for a date to be determined after the current health crisis has lessened.
In addition, please be aware that we are closing our social hall to all events and rentals until at least April 7th, 2020.
Please follow us on Facebook or visit us at www.westearlfire.org for updates moving forward including future events.

You can bid for products right away or use a 'max bid' to put in the top price you'd be willing to pay, but the system will on...
